The Succession Planning Workshop will give you clarity, focus, tools and get you ready for your next steps.  The course includes steps to understand your obstacles and build your motivation to finish planning. You'll identify a goal to achieve during the course and will have peer support, group discussions and family business resources to make progress on your succession planning journey.
